 Vera Iwerebor was born and still lives in The Netherlands. In a small village she developes her documentaries that inspire people of all ages. Her motivation is to bring history, cultural subjects that intend to be forgotten back into the public eye. These are stories about extra ordinary people that eventually everybody can relate with. She works solely as producer, cinematographer, director and editor. Her career started as the initiator for the documentary "Twinkle, twinkle little star" in 2003. It wasn't until 2006 she started to work on her first short-film "A Silent Star". In between she developed her skills with masterclasses and workshops. In 2011 she realized her first feature documentary "Baby Peggy, the Elephant in the Room". This film will be broadcasted in the US by TCM on December 3rd 2012.
